A & P Mechanic

Job Title:  A & P Mechanic

Location:  Englewood, CO

Hours:   Full-time 1400-2230

Start Date: Immediately

Wage:  $18.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sheet metal and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Performs maintenance, preventive maintenance or alteration of an aircraft or appliance, or a part thereof for which he is rated.
• Documents aircraft discrepancies and repair actions.
• Consults appropriate technical information for procedures, specifications and to determine feasibility of repair or replacement according to discrepancy.
• Determines and requests parts required for repair of discrepancies.
• Performs functional checks of aircraft systems.
• Advises Team Leader about task requirements and status.
• Communicates turnover of task to oncoming technician in writing or verbally as required.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Repairs, builds, and maintains shop equipment as required.

Qualifications:

2-3 years general aviation experience.

Airframe & Powerplant license required

2 years King Air experience preferred

Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office

Drug and Alcohol pre-employment testing required.
